*PART 6*
Previously on Big Brother... Elmer was pissed following a failed attempt to take Bronson out of the game, and he knew that Devonte and Chari sold him out to look like a fool.
With The Bros in power, and Austen as the new HoH, things were looking increasingly worse for Elmer. Bronson and Austen wanted to make a big move to weaken one of the two alliances. It was obvious for them to put up one of each to lessen the blood on their hands by making it seem fair to both sides. But in actuality, they were planning to pin either alliance on the block if someone came down, to ensure one of them was broken up. They targeted Elmer and Alawa for nominations.
In the Veto Competition, Ramin once again proved to be a competition beast, winning his 3rd Veto of the Season. Laying low the past couple of weeks, Ramin had been building some trust within the house, and played the middle to try and find a way in. He was about to make a move that would either make or break him in the game.
After Ramin used his veto to save Alawa from the block in an attempt to infiltrate the Girl's Alliance, Austen had to name a replacement. Sticking to the plan to pin down an alliance, he followed through and put Devonte up as the replacement to break up his strong relationship with Elmer.
Seeing this as an opportunity to take out Chari's right hand man, Jeanette and Alawa appealed to their new ally Ramin to work with them on this vote and take out Devonte.
But the Bros wanted him to vote the other way, and now it all came down to Ramin. His vote was the only vote that actually mattered, with the other 4 votes split down the middle. It was time for Ramin to pick a side. Or was it?
Ramin felt his relationship with Alawa was strong enough after saving her with the Veto, that it would give him some leeway to work the other side as well. This left poor Elmer out in the cold on a 3 to 2 vote. He was used, abused and sent right out the door by his closest allies. This move was brutal... and now Ramin is stuck in between two alliances. Will there be repercussions for his flip flopping, or will their war of sides allow Ramin to continue to sneak by unnoticed? Things are heating up now. Only 7 Remain, who will be evicted tonight?! Find out now on Big Brother!!
After that shocking eviction, Alawa and Jeanette are completely upset with Ramin. That was a perfect opportunity to take out a big target like Devonte, and they can't believe he would flip his vote after agreeing to work with them in this game. Ramin back tracks and tells a half truth that The Bros threatened him if he didn't go along with their plan. He felt like he didn't have a choice. (In actuality, Ramin is trying to get away with playing all sides of the house, and is feeding into The Girl's Alliance's Caring Nature.) Though they are upset that they are once again on the wrong side of a vote, they forgive him this time. But next time it may be another story.
Bronson couldn't be happier. He's now in a great position and has gained the trust of Chari by taking out her closest ally's side alliance. She owes him one in this game. Bronson knows Chari has pissed off a lot of people, so keeping her to the end would actually be very beneficial to him.
While The Bros may have Chari wrapped around their finger, this vote was too close for Devonte's comfort. He can't believe he managed to survive against Elmer, and they better watch out, because he's ready for revenge.
Because Austen got the Treat Reaction last week, a new treat is in play. This week, the first sim to get the Blue Mist Reaction will be given a Strengthening of Bonds. This will allow them to gain +15 Friendship with the Lowest Friendship in the house, as well as highest friendship in the house. An amazing reward that could go a long way for anyone that gets it. Once again, no one was tricked, so the Green Hand Trick Reaction remains. The first person to get this will be automatically put on the block and must face the vote. This sim will not be allowed to play in the Veto Competition if received before hand.
The following morning, it was time to crown a new HoH in a classic Pass the Bomb Competition. In pass the bomb, there are a set of rules to determine where the bomb starts and who it blows up on. When the number reaches or surpasses the set limit, the sim it lands on will be eliminated. Each sim will be given a 1-3 randomly as they pass the bomb to determine how many points is added to the total. Once the total is reached, the bomb explodes and that sim is out. This will continue until only one sim remains! Who is the luckiest Sim in the house?! With 3 major alliances vying for power, the HoH has never been more important. As outgoing HoH, Austen is not eligible to compete.
After a handful of eliminations, it comes down to Bronson and Ramin fighting for the power. They are both in pretty good positions in the house, so it will be interesting to see what either of them would do with HoH. Who do you think is about to win?! Let's find out!
The Bros are back in power! Back to back, they are on a roll. Bronson is about to get blood on his hands no matter what he does. So what are his motives? What does he think will be best for himself moving forward in this game, and who is his biggest competition?!
Typical Chari uses her charms to immediately start working the boys. She acts so ecstatic that Bronson is in power this week, to make it seem like she genuinely cares. This girl does not want to go up on the block.
Obviously Bronson picks Austen to share his HoH Room with him this week, and the two begin discussion options on what they want to do with the power. They have the potential to make another big move if they want to take it. Because they are maxed friendship, no change in relationship was needed.
Ramin continues to work his relationship with the Girl's Alliance to make them feel comfortable with him. He really wants their trust and is promising that from here on, he has their back in this game.
Before nominations, Bronson tries to repair his fractured relationship with Devonte after last week's blindside by telling him he's definitely not the target. He's already decided that The Girl's Alliance is too comfortable right now, and it's time they do something about it. This declaration does connect with Devonte, but he's still cautious.
DAY 2 NOMINATION CEREMONY
In the Nomination Ceremony, he delivers on that promise and takes his shot at The Girl's Alliance and new ally Ramin. He was taken aback by Ramin's blatant save attempt last week and it's been made pretty clear that he's now working with the girls. So as the only 3 person alliance left in the game, breaking up the threesome seemed like the only logical thing to do. Bronson loses -10 Friendship with Alawa & Ramin.
Austen once again manages to pull the treat reaction, two weeks in a row! This means he now is given the privilege of building his relationships with his highest and lowest relationships in the house. He obviously chooses Bronson, but since they are max there's no change. His lowest relationship is actually Alawa and this +15 Friendship Boost pushes his relationship with her over Ramin's. This could be bad for him. With very few votes going into this next eviction, a single vote against him could be devastating.
Chari is clearly excited about the nominations and she's ready to finally break up The Girl's Alliance. These girls have been floating by week after week and continue to be a thorn in her side. Taking a number away from them could put Charvonte and The Bros in a great position heading into next week's Double Eviction. This could decide how the rest of the game plays out.
Jeanette gets to work following the nomination ceremony. With both of her allies on the block, she feels like she needs to be infiltrating the other side and starts working on Austen. She tells him that if he wants to make it far in this game, playing Bronson's side kick is never going to get him anywhere. He will always be seen that way, and unless he makes a move on his own, there's no chance of him winning this game. Austen is protective of his Bro Alliance and willing to take it to the end, he keeps it in the back of his mind, but it seems like he was pretty dismissive to what she had to say.
It finally happens! In a week that was set in stone for The Girl's Alliance to be the target, Devonte get's greedy, and after 5 Weeks, he is the first to pull the Trick Reaction. This means that he is no longer eligible to compete in the Power of Veto and MUST face the vote as an automatic 3rd Nominee. This could be devastating for him and his game!
As a super fan of the game, Alawa really campaigns hard to stay. She doesn't want to go and is doing a great job of talking to everyone to try and secure their votes this week.
The Veto Competition is a Classic Yoga Comp! Any slips or pose fails result in an elimination, as well as giving up completely. The last one standing will be the winner! Chari and Devonte were randomly selected to compete, but because of the Trick Reaction that Devonte Received, he lost his chance at Veto and was replaced by Austen.
It comes down to Ramin and Chari! Will Ramin manage to win his 4th Veto of the season?! Or will Chari continue to flaunt her endurance and win another Wellness Competition?!
Ramin makes history as the first sim to ever win 4 Vetos in a single season! This guy is on a roll! Every time he's been in danger, he's been able to save himself. They just can't get rid of him! Now because he will surely be removing himself from the block, Bronson has to name a replacement nominee and get more blood on his hands. Big Move by Ramin.
DAY 3 VETO CEREMONY
Unwilling to deviate from his plan to eliminate someone from The Girl's Alliance, Jeanette goes up as Ramin's replacement. He wants to make sure his side has the numbers to keep Devonte safe this week. With Ramin the only vote in favor of the girls, we should see a major alliance broken up. Potential Big Move by Bronson. Bronson loses -10 Friendship with Jeanette.
After the POV Ceremony, Chari and Bronson ham it up about how great this plan is working out for them. Austen is starting to feel like a third wheel. These two have been seemingly inseparable the past two weeks, and it looks like Austen is starting to feel a bit jealous of Chari. She better watch out, Austen isn't going to let her come between his relationship with Bronson.
Ramin, Alawa and Jeanette sulk over the result of this POV Ceremony. They have been on the outs for weeks now and they just can't seem to catch a break. They've been working every angle they could and it seems hopeless at this point. Surely, the other four are working together and this week is going to put them further behind. No matter who won Veto, this was a lose lose situation.
Devonte can't believe his greed with the Treat Bowl put him in a situation where this entire attempt to break up The Girl's Alliance could be ruined because of him. He really thinks he could be going home. Chari tells him he's being ridiculous. He has nothing to worry about, they have the numbers and this is going to surely be Jeanette or Alawa's last week. Devonte feels a bit better after their talk.
Just like last week, The Bros try to manipulate Ramin before the eviction to get him to vote their way. Ramin is not happy about it. He made a deal with them last week for safety and they didn't keep their end of it, so he's voting for Devonte. No ifs ands or buts, that's his final decision. He tried to work with them and they stabbed him in the back, so he's staying loyal to the girls.
DAY 4 FINAL VOTE AND EVICTION
It's time for the Final Vote and Eviction. Tonight, either Alawa, Devonte, or Jeanette will become the 2nd Member of the Jury of 6 and be evicted from the Big Brother House. A major alliance is up on the block, as is a powerful player that has made a lot of big moves in the game. No matter who goes home tonight, it will have a massive impact on the rest of the game to come. Who do you think is about to be evicted from the house?! Only three sims get to vote. In the result of a tie, Bronson will cast the final vote to evict. Let's get into these votes!
THE VOTES
It's no secret that Chari has had it out for Jeanette for weeks now. On a mission to remove the girls from this game, she is determined to finally break up this Girl's Alliance that has plagued her. Jeanette and Chari just haven't meshed the entire season, and Chari's ultimate loyalty lies with Devonte. So it's a pretty obvious vote for her. Chari votes to evict Jeanette. Alawa: 0 Devonte: 0 Jeanette: 1
Ramin tried to make a deal with The Bros last week and they didn't stay true to it. They said if he voted they way they wanted him to, he'd be safe this week. But he wasn't. He was put up on the block against Alawa for disrupting Austen's HoH last week and won the Veto again to save himself in this one. Ramin wants to show his loyalty to the girls by throwing his vote on Devonte. That way when one of them returns, they know he can be trusted in this game. Ramin votes to evict Devonte. Alawa: 0 Devonte: 1 Jeanette: 1
Austen has been fed up with Chari moving in on his alliance, acting like she owns them. She has been pushing them to make moves on her behalf and he feels like he's the odd man out in this partnership. She doesn't talk game with him and he's tired of her walking around the house like she's the mastermind behind everything. Jeanette was right, he does need to have a mind of his own, and Austen feels like it's best for his game to bring Chari down a peg. Realizing that Ramin wasn't going to go against the girls on this vote, Austen seizes the moment to make an unexpected move. Austen votes to evict Devonte. Alawa: 0 Devonte: 2 Jeanette: 1 By a vote of 0 to 2 to 1, Devonte is blindsided and evicted from the Big Brother House! No one saw this coming, Austen made a major move for his personal game just now.
From betraying his closest ally in the house, to joining him the next week,,, Karma has been a bitch to Devonte. Chari's tyranical reign over the house made him guilty by association and in Austen's eyes, expendable. I can't believe Austen of all people flipped. That was major for him. The girls survive yet another eviction and it's going to be crazy from here on out. The Bros and Chari vs The Girls and Ramin... It's about to be war in the Big Brother House and next week is a Double Eviction! Get hyped for that!
Finally, after 5 weeks the Trick Reaction was used, which means we will get a new one next week!! Also, because the Treat was also played, there will be a new one of those as well!! Find out what they will be in the next episode!
As always, let me know on Twitter how you enjoyed the episode! It's coming down to the wire. Major moves are being made and some serious game players still remain in the house! I love this season and the twists and turns left me shook while playing it. I hope it's enjoyable for you all! Part 7 should be here soon and then we'll be down to Final 4 after that, which should be the finale!
PART 7 COMING SOON!!
