Big Brother UK Season 1 Part 2 (Live Eviction)

*You Can Click Above For The Previous Part!!*

*PART 2*

*Before I dive into this episode, I'd just like you all to know that some of the rolls did change a bit due to balancing as I went along. I didn't want to just do a test run of the game and pretend these sims didn't play out a full season. I wanted to share it with you. So just keep in mind, if you see a roll's numbers change in the later weeks, it was for balancing purposes!*

Previously on Big Brother.... 14 sims became the first to enter the Sims 4 BBUK house, for a chance to win the 500k Simoleon prize, and the title as first ever winner!!

Brooklynn was randomly selected to enter first and had a big decision to make. Big Brother tasked her with naming the two nominees that will be facing the public vote this week, and it all was to rest on her shoulders. She only had the rest of the night to decide!

A twist power was in play without the houseguests knowing, and because Raheem was the first to claim "The Lucky Bed" he will now have the power to grant his closest ally 3 Weeks of Safety on Week 3.

With the drinks flowing, some of the houseguests really let loose, and it was Makayla and Louise that were the first to christen the hot tub.

The next morning it was time for Brooklynn to make her decision on who she was going to put up for nomination to face the Public Vote for the very first time. With no time to really get to know anyone, she was stuck between a rock and a hard place.

She chose Griffin.....

And August..... to be the first two to face eviction. Tonight you will see the entire week unfold, and find out who goes home. The viewers have been voting all week on their favorite, and the sim with the least influence on the game will be evicted. Are you ready to start this crazy journey?! Because I am! Let's get right into it.

It's eviction night in the Big Brother House! All week the viewers have been voting on who they want to save between the two nominees.

Either Griffin....

Or August will be the first ever to be evicted from Sims 4 BBUK... The votes are still open for the viewers to select their favorite, and before we get into the vote... Let's jump back a few days to get and idea of what has happened since Launch Night. Let me tell you... It was A LOT!

DAY 2 ACTIONS/CONFLICTS/BONDS/WHIM

*If you are a fan of HollieBB's Big Brother Game Show Challenge, you will know that this is an integral part in these Heavy Roll Based Challenges, because they help move the game along and add some spiciness to what is going on in the house. From here on, you will roll for an Action, Conflict, Bond and Whim every morning in the Big Brother House. These rolls for the UK Challenge will be similar to the US version but some changes have been made to better suit this version.*

The Fixer Upper: Cason's high handiness skill makes him a wealth of knowledge of how to make/fix things, and really shares a lot ideas on how to improve things in the house as well as give the other sims ideas on ways they can improve things in their life outside of the house. Everyone appreciates it, he gains +20 Friendship. Cason also gains +2 Influence. The viewers are fascinated by his stories and he's coming off as very likable.

*Another layer to the Actions/Conflicts in this version of Big Brother is the element of Influence. Every roll will have a positive or negative reaction from the fans, as well as the houseguests. But while a roll may gain them friendships in the house, the public perception of what they did to gain those friendships may be negative. So they could end up gaining friendships in the house and losing influence with the viewers. This game is all about maintaining a healthy balance of entertaining the fans while also keeping your housemates happy! It's not as easy of a game as people may think!*

Fakery!: Griffin and Louise aren't really seen in the best light early on and have been talking about people behind their back. They are coming off a little fake and shady due to their Insider/Non-Committal Traits. They end up losing a devastating -20 Friendship with the house. This behavior is frowned upon by the public as well and they also both lose -2 Influence.

House Chefs!: These 3 sims have the highest cooking skills in the house, and therefore, rule over the kitchen. They've bonded a lot while working together and they all gain +30 Friendship with each other. Because their friendships did not reach 51+, they are not going to be entering a Bond. Maybe next time!

*"Bonds" are a little tricky in this version of Big Brother. Unlike "Alliances", Bonds are much more touchy and relationships run a lot deeper in this version. Bonds are groups that can form to give sims an Influence Bonus, as well as protection from their bonded sims putting them up for Nominations. Although there are some bonds that form regardless of friendship levels, most Bond Rolls require at least a 51+ Friendship to qualify them to enter it, and if they autonomously manage to get to 100 Friendship they will automatically enter a Bond. If they don't reach that threshold of 51, the Bond Roll will only count as a Friendship Booster. Also, Bonds break much easier than Alliances as well. When a Bond goes below 30 Friendship it breaks automatically. This is to mimic real life. If a friendship is that low, I would consider them acquaintances, and the chances of a sim protecting an acquaintance in nominations is very slim. Romances are a little different, so when I roll one of those I will dive deeper into that as well. Another thing I wanted to note about Autonomous Bonds. When a sim reaches 100 Friendship with another sim for the first time, they will become "Best Friends" which counts as +3 rather than +2 Influence. If a sim reaches 100 Friendship with another sim and they already have a Best Friend, it will just be a regular "Bond" that counts as +2. Neither sim can have a Best Friend for it to work. You can read up on bonds in much more detail in the Challenge Document. I know it's a lot, lol.*

Griffin schmoozes with the houseguests by making breakfast for everyone at "Excellent" Quality which means he gains +10 Friendship. (This is just a little bonus thing we give sims, if they manage to cook a meal for the house and it's excellent quality, it shows a lot of selflessness and the house appreciates it, so we give them points. This is something optional that you can do, but it's not required.)

Whitley gets a whim to flirt with Emmett. I guess she's too naive to realize how big of a scumbag he is. Oh well, she's young, she'll learn.

*Each day you will roll for a whim to be completed by a randomly selected sim. You can choose any whim you like, depending on storyline or what you think will help that sim the most. Whims are found at the bottom left part of the screen, and are the bubbles that appear over their icon's head.*

DAY 2 ACTIONS END

SECRET TASK 1

*Each week you will have the option of doing up to two secret tasks, to fill space if you feel like there's nothing going on. These are completely optional and not necessary at all. Secret Tasks are tasks set by Big Brother to get the players to do something crazy or out of the ordinary to their houseguests in order to earn a reward for the house. I will be featuring actual rewards for these in the future, but currently they are just for Influence/Friendship with the House. You are only allowed to do two Secret Tasks per week, and each sim has a 2 week cooldown before they can get another one. So as you are about to see, Bethany receives the first task. She won't be eligible for another task until Week 4.*

Big Brother calls Bethany to the diary room and greets her as if any other confessional. She's then informed that Big Brother would like to test her and see if she can stomach some bizarre foods in order to earn a reward for the house.

Bethany sees the foods and is very hesitant but she wants that reward for the house. She must eat all three food items without getting sick to pass the task. If she fails, she will lose influence and friendships rather than gaining them. (Make sure you go into Build Mode and turn on the "Grody" Lot Trait for this task)

Bethany goes in on the Fish Pie first, and struggles to keep it down, but she seems to be doing pretty well. She's in low spirits but she manages to finish!

She now has to go in on some Banana Creme Pie, and she's already so disgusted, the tastes of banana mixing with fish completely grosses her out.

She does not manage to get to the sour milk, and gives up after the Creme Pie... She's so disappointed in herself.

The houseguests are gathered following the task, and Big Brother informs them on what Bethany was doing and the results.

Because Bethany was unable to complete the task, the houseguests will not be rewarded and they are pretty bummed about it. Bethany loses -10 Friendship with everyone in the house. She also loses -2 Influence with the viewers for being a baby and a quitter. Not a good task for Bethany! (This was actually changed later on to be -3 Influence instead of -2.)

SECRET TASK END

NOMINEE ACTIONS

*Following Nominations, each day you will do a Nominee Action Roll for each Nominee. These can be good, nothing or very bad. These are probably the most brutal rolls in the entire series, and I can tell you for a fact, these were changed and balanced for later parts of the season. So some of these rolls you may see early on, may no longer be in the challenge. Just a warning.*

August is feeling pretty bad about being put up first. He goes to the diary room to whine about it. But that's not what the viewers want to see, they don't want a sim to give up on themselves and put on the woe is me act, they want to see them fight to stay. So because of this, he loses -2 Influence with the viewers.

Griffin also sulks in the diary room for pity, and the fans aren't really here for it. Griffin also loses -2 Influence.

NOMINEE ACTIONS END

Poor Bethany took a major hit from that Secret Task. Luckily for her she's not up on the block. Those Secret Tasks can really be brutal.

Judith has been having fun with the open bar, making drinks for the house.

It seems Cason is attracted to her small town charm, but was unaware of how awkward and nervous she gets. This interaction did not go well for either of them, and they both left embarrassed.

The drinks go out for the night. Try to put out drinks each night if you have time, but obviously some days will have so much to do, getting to drinks may not be an option.

A few drinks in and a fight breaks out between Makayla and Emmett! Fights give +2 Influence to the winner and -2 Influence to the loser. Let's just pretend that "Fights" are heated arguments, so the winner leaves the loser looking foolish and stupid. Therefore, get the support of the viewers.

Makayla whoops up on Emmett and wins the altercation! Cesar looks on in confusion. Makayla gains +2 Influence and Emmett loses -2 Influence.

Immediately following the fight, Emmett drinks away his sorrows. He ends up getting drunk and gets a "Flirty" Drunk Roll.

Emmett takes advantage of Whitley's earlier interest in him and makes a move on her. Things get steamy and they gain +15 Romance.

The next morning, Griffin grabs an early morning drink to kick off his day. I guess he's expecting the worst.

Makayla and Louise continue to blossom their romance with a little woohoo in the bushes, These two are getting really close and almost to the point of entering a showmance.

*When two sims who are romantically involved reach a romance of 30+ they will automatically enter a "Showmance" Bond. There is also a bond roll that can start a Showmance as well. Showmances count as +2 Bonus to Influence. This is to mimic the viewers shipping cast members, and loving a good romance story. If by chance the sims reach 51+ Romance, their showmance will blossom into a "Real Romance" and enter a relationship together. The Real Romance will count as a +3 Bonus instead of +2, much like the "Best Friend" Bond. This is because those two bonds are the hardest to form in the game. To keep a Real Romance alive, they must maintain a romance of 30+. If they cannot do so, their Real Romance will be demoted to a showmance. If their romance reaches 0 or goes below 0, they will be forced to break up, and their bond will be broken. So as you can see, romances are similar to bonds but not exactly the same. This is because romances are much harder to maintain then friendships. There are more advanced rules that can alter these relationships as well, but I don't want to write a novel, so just look at the document for more info on that!*

Judith and Cason make breakfast at the same time, and don't even speak to each other. I guess their encounter last night is still too awkward to talk about.

Brooklynn is drunk at 9am and venting to the cameras. The fans find it hilarious and she gains +2 Influence.

Griffin seems to have made a connection with Alayna. They have a few laughs in the pool, splashing each other like kids.

NOMINEE ACTIONS

August doesn't want to go home this week, he's willing to do what it takes to stay, and uses Robert for some camera time. These two go for some Hot Tub Action and gain +2 Influence, as well as +15 Romance for woohooing for the first time. Spicy!

Griffin wanted to bond with August over their shared experience, and they gain +20 Friendship. Sadly this isn't going to do too much for him, because one of them will be leaving this week. What're you doing Griffin?!

NOMINEE ACTIONS END

Judith keeps her eye on Cason all day. She doesn't talk to him but she's always close by. I think she's just too shy to say anything and is intimidated by his good looks.

DAY 3 ACTIONS/CONFLICTS/BONDS/WHIM

Raheem is feeling a bit down today, and confides in his closest friend which is Cason. They gain +20 Friendship with each other. Since Raheem doesn't cry a lot in the house and this is more of a rare occurance, the viewers feel sympathy for him, and he gains +2 Influence as well. If he had been crying often, he wouldn't have got those points. A sim that crys all the time is annoying, the viewers don't wanna see that.

Emmett is hard to trust due to his Erratic behavior. He loses -10 Friendship with the house and clashes with Raheem over the topic. A "Clash" is a new feature that pits sims against each other in an argument that will result in one of the sims gaining fans, and the other losing fans. A lot of the Actions/Conflicts have "Clashes" tacked on, to make things a little more interesting. To win this specific clash, the sim with the higher comedy skill will earn the support of the public. In this case, Raheem had a higher Comedy Skill, so he gains +2 Influence for receiving the backing of the public. And Sadly, Emmett loses -2 Influence on top of his -10 Friendship with the house, ouch!

Rivals!: This is a special bond that I made to pit a random sim against the person they like the least in the house and enter a "Rival" Bond. This bond can't be broken by any sort of friendship decrease, but can be broken by a "Broken Bond" Roll. Rivals don't like each other, but they play up their rivalry for the cameras to earn them more attention and camera time. This Rival Bond will count for the normal +2 Bonus to Influence, however, they can still nominate each other. This Bond is purely just for attention, and they are basically just using each other. Cason likes August the least of anyone in the house and they enter a bond, just like any other bond they gain +30 Friendship, but it doesn't matter what their friendship level is with each other, this bond is automatic. The +30 Friendship is to represent their unspoken agreement to play off of each other for camera time.

Louise gets a whim to get to know Brooklynn. They have a nice conversation.

DAY 3 ACTIONS END

SECRET TASK 2

Big Brother calls Judith to the Diary Room to complete the 2nd Secret Task of the series. She's a little nervous but open minded to it. Big Brother wants Judith to show off her acting skills and pretend to be mad. (You can do this using MCCC. Shift Click The Sim > Cheat Emotional Intensity) Judith accepts the task and leaves the Diary Room.

She really plays up her character and stomps through the house. She wants to make it really believable that shes angry.

She bravely decides to pick a fight with August. Because their friendship was too high to start a fight immediately, it required a little assistance with mean interactions before the fight command became available. So when you do this roll, or any "Fight" Roll, keep in mind, you may have to have them argue before the Fight Command pops up.

After a heated argument, the two engage in a full fledged fight! Who do you think is going to win?!

Sadly for Judith, she picked a fight with the wrong person and lost not only the fight, but her task as well. Because the fight counts as -2 and the task counts as -2, she loses a total of -4 Influence from this!!!! OUCH!! This was good for August though, +2 Influence just fell in his lap. Also because Judith did not pass her task and earn the reward for the house, she also loses -10 Friendship. (You don't have to gather them in the living room every time you do a secret task, unless you want to for immersions sake.)

SECRET TASK 2 END

August confidently grabs a drink, following his altercation with Judith. He's quickly starting to realize he's becoming a villain in the house and he doesn't care. If that's what he has to do to stay in the house, he'll do whatever it takes.

I'm not really sure what Griffin's plan is going into the eviction for tomorrow. He's really laying low, it seems like he wants August to blow up his game. But while August is actually making moves to stay, sitting back and doing nothing isn't going to get him anywhere in this game. Starting drama gains fans, it's not the housemates that keep him in, it's the viewers. I think he's playing the wrong game.

The drinks are out tonight, who's going to get sloppy this time?!

Makayla and Louise sure like to drink and act stupid in this house.

Their lovers quarrel leads to a full on fight, and the two girls start snatching weaves. Cason is living for every second of this! Ship Sunk?!

Louise beats her ass, meaning she gains +2 Influence and Makayla loses -2 Influence. What the heck is going on in this house?!

Makayla immediately continues to drink. This girl is so sloppy!!!! Also, it seems the fight was for the cameras, their relationship didn't drop at all. These girls know what they are doing! Makayla's actions in the house might be gaining her points with the viewers, but not so much with the houseguests. A lot of people in the house are fed up with her antics already and don't really like how she's constantly attention seeking.

Later that night, Louise is throwing up in the bushes... Really girl? Maybe you should cut back on the drinking...

It seems like Brooklynn and Judith are really hoping Griffin stays this week. He's a lot more down to earth and isn't causing a lot of drama. They feel like they need to get these evil people out of the house, and hope the fans see what they are seeing.

Makayla got a drunk roll to mend a rift with Emmett. I guess she felt bad for their fight the other day and wanted to apologize, and work toward maybe starting a friendship. Their relationship went from a -75 to a +10. Major change for them.. It seems like Makayla wants to surround herself with other people that aren't very well liked in the house.

Raheem really hasn't done much of anything in the house this week. I can't really get a good gauge of who he is or how he's going to act. But he does have that power for Week 3, and it could really change things in the game depending on who he picks.

DAY 4 ACTIONS/CONFLICTS/BONDS/WHIM

The Evil Sims are manipulating the house and it's working. Was their romantic fling completely calculated?! Are they just using each other for the cameras?! They both gain +20 Friendship with the house. They also gain +2 IP for entertaining the viewers with their Diary Room Shade.

However, Robert was caught in a lie and it doesn't look very good on him. He loses -10 Friendship with everyone in the house, and also loses -2 IP, which he just got.

The House Chefs Again: Judith edged Alayna out as the 3rd highest cooking skill, so she now gains the +30 Friendship with Louise and August, but doesn't get high enough to enter the bond with them. But, because Louise and August did go over 51+ Friendship, they enter a "House Chef" Bond which will count as a +2 Influence Bonus in the Public Vote, and they won't nominate each other while doing nominations. They must maintain a friendship over 30+ to keep this bond active.

Whitley gets a whim to Woohoo with Emmett. They really seem to like each other. They both get +2 Influence for woohooing for the first time.

DAY 4 ACTIONS END

FINAL CHANCE NOMINEE ACTIONS

Griffin once again chooses to lay low rather than fighting for his spot in the house. He's hoping that August is going to come off looking like a complete jerk and the viewers will keep him in for being genuine.

August looks for reassurance from Makayla that he's done enough to stay in the house. Makayla thinks he's done a good job of making the house interesting and he has nothing to worry about. They gain +20 Friendship.

NOMINEE ACTIONS END

THE LIVE PUBLIC VOTE AND EVICTION

It is now time for the live vote and eviction! The houseguests are in their formal attire and have been waiting the entire episode to find out the results of the first eviction.

This week, it was up to Brooklynn to name the two nominees to face the public vote and there was no other nominations. This power really put her in a tough spot and she seemed to feel pretty bad for both of the guys, but that's part of the game.

Griffin has been playing a genuine and down to earth game, hoping that his kindness will convince the public to keep him in. He hasn't done anything negative in the house, but is that what the public wants to see?

August has been playing a very dirty game so far. He's played up to the cameras, got in fights and sacrificed friendships to secure his place in this house. Are his evil and manipulative antics too much for the viewers? Were about to find out... It's good vs. evil... Let's talk to the house!!!

August.......

Griffin........

Since Monday, the viewers have been voting on who they want to stay in the house this week. I can now reveal the sim with the fewest votes and therefore evicted from the Big Brother UK House is..........

*When you are deciding who goes home, you look at their Influence Total first. Then their bonuses they get from the bonds they share with people in the house, and the rewards they receive in reward ceremonies. Adding all of these together will determine who stays and who goes. If by chance there is a tie, the sims in the house will have to break the tie, and decide who they'd like to stay more. Because I want there to be some mystery involved in this series, I'm not going to do a point breakdown. If you want a detailed look into how the evictions work, take a look at the document! I will be doing a Leaderboard at the bottom of the episode to give you an idea of who's popular and who's not currently. This leaderboard will change every week as the sims influence changes.*

Griffin!!.........

Griffin, you have 10 seconds to say your goodbyes and leave the big brother house!!

It's tradition in BBUK that the entire house joins the evictee at the stairs and sees them out, cheering and getting them hyped to face the eviction crowd.

The evictee waits at the door for Big Brother to unlock it, and makes their way out to the public.. After taking pictures and a little showboating, they are escorted to the eviction interview room and asked about their experience in the game.

THE EVICTION INTERVIEW

*In the eviction interview, the sim will be asked a few questions about their time in the house and some of the drama they were involved in. This always ends in the host asking them who they think they should win the game. Because of this, I have turned it into part of the challenge. The person they are closest to in the house is the person they will say should win the entire game. Following this, that sim will be given a +2 Influence Boost because of the evictee going to bat for them to the viewers.*

Griffin is first of all grilled for his lack of effort while on the block and is asked why he didn't try harder to say. He admits that he didn't really know how the game worked and didn't have an idea of what the viewers wanted to see. When you have someone pissing off the house and starting fights, you don't know whether or not the fans will react positively or negatively to that. Following this, he's asked what he thinks of his opponent, August, and how he played the game this week. Griffin says he respects it. He can see that August really wanted to be in there, probably more than he did, and he deserved to be saved. Following his questioning, Griffin is left with one final question... "Who do you think should win Big Brother UK Season 1?"... Griffin sticks behind his opponent and respects his gameplay, and thinks he's there to entertain and the fans are in for a treat watching him. August is awarded +2 Influence for Griffin's kind words about him.

THE INFLUENCE LEADERBOARD
*To make things interesting, I don't want to give you an outright view of the sims Influence in the house. But if you pay close attention to all the rolls, you should have a good idea of who's at the top and who's at the bottom each week. I will be splitting them into categories but not giving you an outright first to last representation, just to keep a little mystique to it. These categories will be separated into "High" "Medium" "Low" Categories and are in no particular order.*

HIGH

MEDIUM

LOW

*That's Week 1! Let me know how you feel about the rolls, the eviction, the drama, everything! I want feedback! Also, I'd like to know what you think of me hiding influence and doing a leaderboard instead. I think in a game like this it'll be more exciting to hide their Influence. Let me know your thoughts on Twitter! No spoilers please! The next episode will be coming soon!!*
