Sims 4 Sequester 1.0 Part 5 (Floater Round)

*You Can Click Above For The Previous Part!!*

*PART 5*

Previously on sequester, a Girls Alliance was formed in an attempt to take out a guy, but with Chad throwing a stray vote Lola's way, it was once again another girl that got the boot. The girls were determined to make up for their loss and got to work to make something happen.

Chad was worried about his place in the house, and thought for sure he'd be targeted next. With fear looming over his shoulder, he pushed hard for immunity and earned safety for himself, worried that his play against Lola would cost him.

With Chad safe, the girls had other plans, roping him in on a play to take out Pawel, a floater that was going unnoticed in the game. Chad's love of the ladies gave them an edge they needed with their lower numbers, and he joined them in a vote against another guy.

With the boys splitting their votes between Mimi and Sydney, they were unorganized and unaware the girls had a plan to take out a guy. Pawel becomes the first guy to fall victim to a vote.

By no surprise, Pawel stayed loyal to his bros and continued their quest to take the girls out of the game. He targeted two of the biggest gameplayers in the house to compete in The Battle Match. Now, Mimi and Yaretzi must compete 1 on 1 for their spot in the game, and we will see two more sims eliminated... Who do you think is going home?! All this and more, tonight, on Sequester 1.0!!

THE BATTLE MATCH

It's time for arts and crafts as Mimi and Yaretzi enter The Battle Match. Shocked that Pawel would make such a bold move to target them, I don't think either of them thought he had the balls to throw them in, but their competitiveness kicks in. Both girls have no intention of leaving the game this early. The sim to craft a more expensive Jack-O-Lantern will be the winner and remain in the game! Are you #TeamMimi or #TeamYaretzi?!

Yaretzi has made some underhanded plays in the game. She got the ball rolling when she took a chance at The Wheel to take out a big threat early on, and has aligned herself pretty well so far. She's a smart girl and I'd like to see her stay in.

Mimi has surprisingly been masterminding this entire game. She's been at the forefront of almost every vote, but it seems her villainy in this game has finally caught up to her. She's losing trust and suspicion is growing. I think she's the most exciting player in the game, but her game is so risky, I'll be shocked if she makes it to the end. No question, if she did, she'd be hard to beat. She really needs to make it to the rule shift to avoid leaving on a vote without a chance to compete for her spot. I really don't want to see her go just yet.

Yaretzi finishes first, her pumpkin comes out to a grand total of 13$. Let's see how much Mimi's is...

And with Mimi earning a grand total of 14$, that means she wins and remains in the game!

Yaretzi will be leaving the game, and her showmantic partner, Griffin, behind... She made some interesting moves in the game and I would've liked to see her go further. But, such is the brutal nature of Sequester, it's a hard game and big threats will surely be kicked out the door. She still has a chance to return if her fellow eliminated housemates feel she deserves it the most. We will find out later who will be returning!

BATTLE MATCH END

THE ALLIANCES ENDING
*With each round being a reset, that means we have to crumble all the alliances that worked together in the previous round. Only a few special alliances will persist throughout the game.*

SHOWMANCE ALLIANCE:
*Yaretzi Eliminated*

THE OLDIES ALLIANCE:

THE YOUNG ALLIANCE:

THE SOCIAL ALLIANCE:

THE FOODIE ALLIANCE:

THE GIRLS ALLIANCE:

THE ALLIANCES REMAINING
*These are the Special Alliances that have persisted into Round 5.*

FINAL 2:

*Mimi and Jordan are the only two who have managed to hold on to a persisting alliance in Round 5.*

ALLIANCES END

THE VOTE RULES
-This round, the "Floaters" in the game are coming under fire. Much like a ruleset in my BBUK Game, the sims will be calling out Floaters. A floater is a sim that flies under the radar, without making waves, in an attempt to easily further themselves in the game. This round, the sims will call out the person they have a relationship closest to 0 with. That sim is who they think is doing the least in the game, and should go home because of it. The 3-4 Sims who receive the most votes will be the only sims eligible in the vote.

VOTE RULES END

A MASSIVE thunderstorm hits the Sequester House, and everyone is on edge.

Mimi returns to the house, and she is not happy that she came so close to leaving the house. Only 1$ stood between her staying and going. She's really going to have to make some changes if she plans on staying this round.

Brielle really didn't want to go against someone she was close to in this game, so going against Pawel was really hard for her. But she knew if she went against the girls, it would cause more trouble for her. Majority rules, and their minds were set. It will benefit her more in the game to have more girls in the house, to lessen the target on her back as a veteran player.

Jordan has aligned himself so well in this game. Everyone loves him, and his connection to Mimi is carrying him far in this game. No one has suspected his involvement in all of these votes, and I think he's definitely a sleeper threat to take the whole game if they don't wisen up against him.

This is the last round for our LoS holders, Devin and Sydney to use their powers to save themselves in the game. They've basically solidified their path to the rule shift, but there will be no safety for them anymore. I think for Sydney especially, this game is about to get a lot harder, but I'm impressed she hasn't needed to use her LoS that she found Round 1 with so much heat on her from the get go.

Chad is playing the best game for the vets so far. He's been involved in alliances to take out targets, he's pushed very hard socially to get pretty much the entire house to like him, and he's such a charismatic sim. If he can keep it up, I think he has a chance to win.

Griffin has made some big strides in his gameplay to make sure he stays in as long as possible. He just lost a strong ally, but I think he will bounce back. Griffin is trying to lay low, unlike his castmate from Bethany, who painted a big target on her back right away. He's a smart guy, and another one to watch, in my opinion.

Otis has pretty much been an non entity in the game, and in my opinion is the biggest floater in the house. But it's up to the sims to decide who they think should be vulnerable this week, let's find out.

THE FLOATER VOTE

The housemates gather in the living room to decide who the biggest floaters are. This vote is based on their relationships that are closest to 0, which would be neutral. That is who they would consider to be doing the least in the game up to this point. The 3 to 4 sims with the most votes will be the only sims eligible to vote for. The results of this vote are as follows.....

Brielle seems to have a personal vendetta against Sterling. It's pretty clear he's not a floater in this game, but he's the only person she isn't close to in the house, so this feels like a bit of a cop out from her.

Mimi and Monica go in on Shaun, calling out his poor gameplay and his mentality of following Sterling like a lost puppy. They feel his game isn't worthy of respect and he's the biggest floater in the house.

Team Cop Out comes for the least likely floater in the game, clearly out of fear. They make up bullshit excuses as to why Mimi is a floater in an attempt to try and get her out before the Rule Shift. Mimi is not having it, but with 3 votes, it's not looking good.

Sterling returns the favor to his bitter rival, Brielle. These two have let things get very personal and bicker the entire ceremony.

It seems the boys have their mind set that Sydney is a major floater in this game that needs to go. Sydney has really only worked with her Oldie Alliance in the game so far, which hasn't really been on the right side of any of the votes. So I feel like this is warranted. If her plans keep failing, people aren't really going to see her as a smart gameplayer.

Griffin has his own agenda, in an attempt to call out Devin as a floater. I think he was expecting more people to back him up on this but Devin made some pretty good points as to why he's not a floater and they are willing to listen.

The sims facing the vote this round are...... Sydney with 4 votes....

Shaun with 2 votes.......

And Mimi with 3 votes.......

*I feel like this was a complete cop out for most of the house. They are just looking to take out strong threats such as Mimi and Sydney. Granted, I'm just more surprised that Mimi went up over the other two, she's clearly not a floater, but some of these sims are dead set on getting her out of this game.*

THE FLOATER VOTE END

*Because of the nature of this vote, the Floaters must now convince the house why they aren't floating, and WILL NOT have the opportunity to compete for immunity. It's all in their social games now. They will all receive an "In Danger Roll" to compensate, to give them opportunity to save themselves socially.*

DAY 1 ACTIONS/CONFLICTS/ALLIANCES x2

Actions: Genius/Bookworm/Computer Whiz Sims are better at learning secrets in a game like this. +10 Friendship with the house. This includes Sydney and Brielle.

Actions: Animal Lover Sims are more compassionate. They gain +10 Friendship with the house. This roll goes to Chad Jr.

Conflicts: Non Committal Sims are called out for playing both sides of the house. They lose -10 Friendship with the house. This includes Jordan, Griffin and Monica.

Conflicts: Self Absorbed/Vain Sims have big egos, making it harder to read people. They lose -10 Friendship with the house. This includes Mimi, Ervin, Devin and Griffin.

ALLIANCES

As the only persisting alliance left, Mimi looks to utilize her ride or die this week to help her avoid elimination. Mimi is stressed and really needs Jordan to help her out. Mimi wants to make sure Shaun is going out this week and not her. Jordan is very on board with this plan. If things go their way, Mimi will gain +2 AP, and Jordan will gain +1 AP. The Final 2 is targeting Shaun.

New Alliance: Chad and Griffin bond over their close Fishing Competition last round, and form a Fishing Alliance. They gain +30 Friendship with each other. The Vets have been working together under the radar the whole game but never really solidified anything. With Yaretzi now out, Griffin has to make moves to stay in the know. Griffin wants Mimi out, unaware that she has Chad wrapped around her finger. He won't budge on Mimi, they come to an agreement on going after Shaun instead. Neither of them feel like he has the boys best interest in mind and it wont hurt their games to get him out. Chad is leading this vote and will gain +2 AP if Shaun goes out, Griffin will gain +1 AP. The Fishing Alliance is targeting Shaun.

New Alliance: The Young Alliance is back. Mimi is ready to pull strings once again, getting Griffin and Jordan back together to make some plays. They gain +30 Friendship with each other once again. Mimi mentions the plan to take out Shaun, and Griffin fills her in that he's already discussed it with Chad and he's also in on taking out Shaun. Everyone is in agreement and already involved in this vote with other alliances. This alliance serves more as a friendship boost for the participants. The Young Alliance is targeting Shaun.

DAY 1 ACTIONS END

DAY 1 IN DANGER ROLLS
*The "In Danger Rolls" are rolls that sims who are warned that they are a target get to try and salvage their game so they don't get voted out. There are a variety of rolls they can get for this that could help their game or make it worse. These are only available if a sim goes against their alliance to help a target, or in special rotations where the vote clearly puts people in danger.*

Sydney doesn't do anything, She's not worried at all, she has an LoS in her back pocket and isn't even at risk if she gets the most votes.

Mimi fake cries for sympathy but it doesn't really pay off in her favor. She loses -5 Friendship with the house.

Shaun looks to campaign. He campaigns to his friend Sydney and his boy Otis for +15 Friendship with both of them. Not the best people to campaign to, he already had their support.

IN DANGER END

Griffin and Sydney have a private conversation in the pool, and Griffin reassures her that she will not be the target, but it vague about who the target actually is, knowing that she's close to Shaun.

Chad continues his masterful social game. He's becoming a major threat in this game.

Monica did a great job of turning her horrible position in the house around. She was almost out the door, but Celeste's blow up saved her, and with her out of the house, all the boys love her. I think she's in a pretty good spot.

Shaun looks to Devin for reassurance, hoping he has his vote. He really doesn't want to go home before the Rule Shift, and wants his boy to look out for him this round.

Mimi also looks to be campaigning, and turns to Brielle for help. She knows Brielle isn't really well connected and thinks she can reel her in.

Brielle and Devin exchange notes and talk late into the night about their options. I don't think either of them have their minds made up on what they wanna do.

Sterling is up very early as the oldest guy in the house. He looks to relieve his stress with some Yoga, as both of his biggest allies are in danger of going home. He really wants Mimi out of this game, and has been trying for weeks. He's hoping the house will finally use their brains and take her out of this game.

The horrible weather finally clears up, and most of the sims enjoy their breakfast in the sun. I'm sure everyone is happy that the rain has finally stopped.

DAY 2 ACTIONS/CONFLICTS/ALLIANCES x2

Actions: Sometimes you wanna wait for the right time to swipe at a big target, right now isn't the time. The sims with the highest Fitness Skill gains +10 Friendship with the house. This goes to Jordan.

Actions: These sims are looking out for #1, and right now, it's paying off. Vain/Self Absorbed Sims gain +10 Friendship with the house. This includes Mimi, Ervin, Devin and Griffin.

Conflicts: Outgoing/Cheerful/Social Butterfly Sims are hard to trust. They lose -10 Friendship with the house. This includes Mimi, Jordan and Monica.

Conflicts: Slob/Childish/Glutton Sims are driving the house crazy. They lose -10 Friendship with the house. This includes Chad Jr, Devin and Brielle.

ALLIANCES
*No Changes with the alliances from Day 1.*

New Alliance: The Sims with the lowest charisma in the house form a Social Outcast Alliance. They gain +30 Friendship. Sydney pushes for Mimi, she wants her out of this game but Griffin won't budge. He finally budges and spills the beans to Sydney that her friend Shaun is the one being targeted this week. Sydney is shocked, she was sure that Mimi was going to be the target. Sydney tells Griffin she can't vote for Shaun and he isn't willing to change his vote. The Social Outcasts will NOT be voting together, due to strong differences.

Sydney informs her friend that a big alliance is targeting him and that he needs to get to work to stay in it. He's starting to feel the heat, and appreciates Sydney's honesty. They gain +20 Friendship. Because Shaun was already receiving an "In Danger Roll" today, he won't be getting another one.

New Alliance: Chad proves his loyalty is to the veterans when he rolls a Final 2 Alliance. His relationship with Brielle and Griffin are both maxed, so I rolled for one of them. Chad had trouble choosing between the two, but he settles on Brielle as his Final 2. Chad informs her that there is a plan to take Shaun out of the game this round and he wants her help. Brielle would rather target Mimi, but she is willing to go with Shaun, knowing theres already plans in place to take him out. Because Chad is spearheading this alliance, he will gain +2 AP if Shaun goes home, and Brielle will gain +1 AP. The Final 2 is targeting Shaun.

DAY 2 ACTIONS END

DAY 2 IN DANGER ROLLS

Sydney uses smart strategy, gaining +5 Friendship with the entire house.

Shaun is pretty shaken and nervous today, he doesn't do anything.

Mimi campaigns to Shaun and Monica, gaining +15 Friendship with both of them.

IN DANGER ROLLS END

 THE VOTE

The houseguests meet in the living room for the final vote heading into the mid game rule shift. Mimi, Shaun and Sydney anxiously await their fate as one of them will not be making it. Following the vote, they will pick 2 to compete in a Battle Match. I wouldn't say these are the sims I would've picked as the floaters of the house, but it's not up to me to decide. Let's find out who's going home!

Shockingly, Sydney doesn't receive any votes.... It's pretty clear that the plans of the house were to take a shot at either Mimi or Shaun. Sydney is now vulnerable, she has made it to the Rule Shift but no longer has an LoS to fall back on. Who do you think is going home, Mimi or Shaun?!?! Let's find out!

Mimi gets 6 Votes! If you recall how many people are in the house, I think you have an idea of whats going on.

It's a TIE!!!!!! Shaun also receives 6 votes. The house is informed that if the tie does not break, we will once again be going to a wheel spin.

The house is giving a moment to discuss their options and none of them seem willing to budge. They all decide to take it to a wheel. Mimi and Shaun are now safe, and one sim selected at random will automatically be eliminated from the game.

Mimi is grinning ear to ear, she can't believe these idiots went to a wheel to save her. She's now secured her spot to the rule shift.

Shaun is feeling great, a weight has been lifted off his shoulders and he's excited to see how this Wheel Spin will turn out.

The Wheel is spun, and someone's game is about to be crushed in an instant.... Who do you think is about to go home?!!?!? The random sim sent home this round is.......
..........................
..................
...........
.......
.......
.....
....

BRIELLE!!!! Another Veteran is eliminated by a Wheel Spin!! Wow.... These girls are not lucky this season. The girls keep getting screwed over in this game.

*Because it went to a Wheel Spin, no one is receiving Alliance Points this round.*

THE BATTLE MATCH PICKS

Brielle is BITTER and looking for revenge. She doesn't want to be the only veteran going out due to unfair circumstances, so she's targeting fellow veterans.

It's no surprise that Brielle wants Sterling out of this game. He's caused her nothing but problems and been a complete pain in her side. I think Griffin just had a bad week, and because he's been associated with Sterling in the past, she was just out to hurt him any way possible. Griffin is sadly a victim of circumstance.

*Because the Rule Shift is next round, I will go ahead and do this Battle Match this episode, as well as the Returnee Debate!*

BATTLE MATCH PICKS END

Brielle is so upset. She was playing an excellent Social Game and it all went down the drain over a Wheel Spin. She can't believe it. She regrets taking the risk and not just switching her vote.

THE BATTLE MATCH

The pressure is on! Both guys have fought so hard to get to this point in the game and feel a little cheated with Brielle choosing them as a cop out. Neither of them want to go out right before the Rule Shift! The boys will be competing in a Waterslide Competition. Each Trick Slide is worth a set number of points, and after 3 slides, the sim with the most points will remain in the game! Let's find out who's staying and who's going!

Sterling is up first, starting off with a Foot Slide for +1 Point.

His 2nd Slide is a Spin on Back, worth +2 Points.

And he rounds it out with another Spin on Back, worth +2 Points, putting him at a Total of 5 Points. Griffin needs to beat a 5 to stay in it!

Griffin starts off with a Back Slide worth +1 Point.

He then manages a Front Flip worth +3 Points! He needs a +1 Pointer to tie for another round, or +2 Pointer or higher to win!

He does it! With a Spin on Back, it puts Griffin at a Total of 6 Points, meaning he has eliminated fellow Veteran, Sterling, from the game!

BATTLE MATCH END

Sterling's rivalry with Brielle finally did him in. He should've kept his mouth shut and left the girl alone, now he's out of the game... and let's be honest, his chances of the Eliminated Sims voting him back into the game are pretty slim... Speaking of which, Sterling is headed to the Eliminated Sim Location to join in a Debate to decide who deserves a 2nd Chance! Let's head over there now and found out!

THE RETURNEE DEBATE

All of the Eliminated Sims have been gathered at a secret location to come to an agreement on 1 Sim to get a 2nd Chance at the prize money! The winning sim will reenter the game! This will go by a Round by Round basis as each sim will vote for who they like the least. The sim who gets the most votes will be eliminated until only 1 sim remains. Let's found out whos returning!!!

With most of the votes spread out and a lot of sims receiving 1 vote, Nathaniel was one of two sims to receive more than 1 vote, getting a vote form Lola and Yaretzi. Nathaniel is eliminated and is no longer in the running to return to the game.

Sadly for Lola she also receives 2 votes. Because it was a tie, both of them will be leaving and no longer have a chance to return.

Round 1: With Lola and Nathaniel officially eliminated from Sequester, the debate continues. The eliminated sims will no longer have a vote and are escorted off the property. Time for Round 2!

Round 2: Yaretzi is the 2nd Person out of the debate. The only one this round to receive 2 votes. I guess people are still salty about her vote switch to force a Wheel Spin in Round 1.

Round 3: No surprise here, no one was gonna give Sterling a 2nd Chance. Pawel seems to have a lot of sway over these votes. Brielle gets her sweet revenge on her old rival. Sterling is the only one this round to receive 2 votes.

Round 4: The first vote of 3, the girls feel like Celeste's aggressive behavior in the house should not be rewarded and she should not get a 2nd chance. Because of this, Celeste is out and will not be returning to the game.

Round 5: It's a close vote between Paola and Bethany for being the first two out of the game. The house feels like they have been gone so long it wouldn't be fair for them to return to the game. Bethany's attitude gets her 3 votes and that's enough to give her the boot. We are now down to 4 Sims..... PAWEL, MICHELE, PAOLA and BRIELLE!!

Round 6: At the Final 4, the sims will not budge and the vote it 2 to 2, with Michele and Paola both receiving 2 votes. Because of this tie, both girls are eliminated and it's up to them to decide who deserves to return more. Because of the sequence of events of what transpired in the game for both of their exits, It was pretty clear who the girls thought deserved a 2nd Chance. (Just want to say that this was all based on relationships, it was not rigged whatsoever.)

Brielle is returning to the game! Her high friendships early on with the people who left the game has solidified her return!

RETURNEE DEBATE END

Because of what happened earlier with The Wheel Spin, I'm very pleased that Brielle came back! That means we still have 4 girls in the house instead of 3! Hopefully they can get some more guys out of the game and even things up!

*Details on The Rule Shift will be coming in the next episode! Excited for a little switch up! Hope you are all enjoying the series! Like I said earlier, no one will be receiving Alliance Points this round because it went to a wheel, so no one had control over who went home. Let me know on Twitter how you enjoyed the episode, and I'll see you in the next one!!*
